How does 24/7 alarm monitoring work?

With 24/7 monitoring, your alarm system is connected to our monitoring center, where trained professionals are available around the clock. If your alarm is triggered, our team immediately assesses the situation and contacts you, as well as emergency services if necessary, ensuring a rapid response to any threat.

What happens if my alarm goes off accidentally?

If your alarm is triggered by accident, you can cancel the alert using your system’s keypad, app, and by confirming with our monitoring center. We’ll verify each alert with you to prevent unnecessary dispatches, so you’ll always have control.

Can I control my alarm system remotely?

Yes, our systems come with a user-friendly mobile app that allows you to arm, disarm, and monitor your alarm remotely. You’ll also receive real-time notifications if there’s any unusual activity, keeping you connected to your property wherever you are.

What if there’s a power outage? Will my alarm system still work?

Yes, our systems are equipped with backup batteries to keep your alarm active even during a power outage. For added security, our systems use cellular connectivity for securer more reliable connection with you and the monitoring center if your Wi-Fi goes down.

How fast is the response time if my alarm is triggered?

Our monitoring center responds to alarms within seconds. Once an alarm is triggered, our team will quickly assess the situation, attempt to contact you, and notify emergency responders if needed, ensuring the fastest possible action.

Can I add extra sensors or devices later on?

Absolutely! Our systems are designed to be flexible, so you can add additional sensors, cameras, or devices at any time. Whether you want to cover more areas or upgrade your system, we can help you expand or enhance your protection easily.

I’ve changed my phone and can’t remember my login details.

We don’t know or store your password, but can walk you through the password re-set process if you can’t login to your system. There is also forgot password links inside the app login page which will email you the link to change your password.

How do I change my bank or credit card information for my monthly service?
If you’ve changed bank information or credit card details, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid interruption with your service. You can send us an email at [email protected] requesting a new ACH Form to fill out. This is done online and once received we can update your billing information.
 
I have a technical question or there is something wrong with my system
The first two years of your system is under our warranty so will repair or replace at no cost to you. After this there would be applicable service, labor and material costs for repairs. To submit a request for technical issues or support, please email us in writing at [email protected]. You can also call us with any questions.
