Daniel Baker of DB Smart Homes & Security recently installed a state of the art security system in our home. Daniel truly listened to our unique needs and concerns then provided a customized solution with no sales pressure. The price he quoted was very reasonable and included materials, installation, system monitoring, and instruction.  There were no surprises or hidden fees. The new system is more functional, easier to use, and even looks better. It is also reassuring that we can easily add new features as our needs change. Very pleased with Daniel and his service. He was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and professional. Showed up when he said he was gonna show up. No hidden fees. He made sure before he left that we were familiar with the features of our security system. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating too! The service and products are excellent. They are friendly, polite, prompt, accomodating, helpful, efficient, knowledgable, and very easy to work with. We had them install one system and when we needed another, we called on them again. They even take the time to clean up afterwards. I feel all should do this, but many don't. The whole process from beginning to end was timely and easy.  Daniel came to the house and we discussed options and locations. Then I received the (very reasonable) estimate and signed off.  Within a few days, Daniel was back at the house with all the sensors and equipment.   The house is now covered for intruders, fire, freezing, flooding, and carbon monoxide.   It is all tied in centrally so emergency calls are made and I get notice on my phone.  Daniel took plenty of time to get me set up. Thank you D.B. Smart Homes & Security! My commercial building is finally secured! Wow!! My old security system has never given me the confidence a REAL security system should. After D.B. Smart Homes & Security visited my office and warehouse for a free consultation and took the time to explain my options of different security levels and systems, I chose to go with a professional grade system. I received an estimate the next day! I approved of the estimate and was scheduled immediately. Upon arrival of the technician, work commenced right away. Before I knew it I had a completely new camera system. I was thoroughly informed on how to operate the system even through a phone app. Now that it has been some time, I really feel the capabilities of this system allows me to sleep at night. In the future, I’m very interested in their other security products like smart door locks and 24 hour monitoring.
